Dear Patients,
you are kindly informed that if the treatment is canceled within 24 hours or if you do not appear at the time of the treatment, a stand-by fee of 25 EUR will be charged in each case, which can be settled at the next treatment. If it is not paid, we will not be able to offer a new treatment. To change or cancel an appointment, please contact us. Thank you for your understanding.
