Payment is taken for treatment at the time it is provided, however for long, complex, or costly courses of treatment, payment can be spread over the period of treatment. Written treatment plans will be given for all but the very basic courses of treatment. The first visit and the individual treatment plan are free.

Cancellation policy
Dear Patients,
you are kindly informed that if the treatment is canceled within 24 hours or if you do not appear at the time of the treatment, a stand-by fee of 25 EUR will be charged in each case, which can be settled at the next treatment.
